We want you to be completely satisfied with your Lanuuk order.
If you are a UK customer, you can return your item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt of your order. We cover the cost of your return by sending you a pre-paid shipping label for a drop off service. Please note that whilst you can return multiple items from one order, you cannot book multiple free returns of the same order.
Please visit our returns centre (UK customers only) to submit a return request. Once your return request has been approved, you will be sent a pre-paid shipping label. Please return your order to us within 14 days of receipt of your order, ensuring that you include your order number within the package.
*UK customers - promotional items
Please note that we do not currently offer free returns on promotional items/items that are part of a promotion. If you wish to return an order which has had a promotion/discount applied to it, you may do so at your own cost within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions on how to return an item.
We do not currently offer free returns for non-UK customers. If you are a non-UK customer, and you wish to return your order at your own cost within 14 days of receipt, please contact us on email@example.com for instructions on how to return an item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unwashed, unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all hang tags, labels and hygiene stickers in place. It must also be in the original canvas packaging. We cannot offer you a refund if the product is dirty, has been used or any hang tags, labels or hygiene stickers have been removed or if the product is not in the original canvas packaging.
If a return is requested beyond 14 days of you receiving your order, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund.
For hygiene purposes, we would encourage you to take care and to wear underwear when trying on our swimwear so that it remains in a re-saleable condition in the event that you wish to return it. We would also ask that you take care in folding and repackaging your item to ensure it arrives back to us in a re-saleable condition.
Once we have received and inspected your returned product, provided it meets the above conditions, you will receive an email notifying you that we have received your returned item and you will receive a refund for the price you paid for the product (excluding postage), within 10 working days of us receiving the return. Refunds will be made to your original method of payment.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If your product is damaged or if you need to exchange a product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that if a parcel is rejected/returned to us due to the non-payment of import duties/local taxes by the customer, a refund will only be issued once the parcel has been returned to us. The customer is responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Lanuuk. This amount will be deducted from your product refund once the parcel has been returned.
